Hello and welcome!

Hardrock Construction has been serving the great people of Mount Albert, East Gwillimbury, Uxbridge, Stouffville and other areas of York Region since 2001. We are a husband and wife team who have loved renovating our client’s homes for over 40 combined years in York and Durham Region. We adore our small but growing historic village and it’s wonderful people and that we are 20 minutes to every other great town in East Gwillimbury and York region. When we aren’t working on our own home on the weekends, we love hitting the beaches of our fantastic provincial lakes to paddle board and take in all the fun and sun we can!

Our passion for renovations was born when we purchased our historic 1878 Queen Anne century home in 2001 and started the incredible journey of rehabilitating her with thoughtful consideration to her original historic features. Todd brings his exceptional carpentry skills, workmanship and knowledge to all his client’s renovation projects and Sandra is a sales award winning NKBA trained Kitchen Designer who worked in corporate retail for 18 years running her own kitchen department. She joined Todd as his partner in the fall of 2022 to fulfill their long time dream of working together to offer their clients a unique and exceptional renovation experience that combines Design, Renovation and Project Management in a single great package.
